How will I receive my voucher?
You will receive your voucher from no-reply@giftcloud.com within the validation period set out in your specific offer terms and conditions. See below for specific provider validation periods. Please add no-reply@giftcloud.com to your email Safe Senders List to avoid your voucher going in to your spam/junk folder.
Voucher sign up
I placed my order, but didn’t receive an email to confirm that I will receive the voucher, do I need to do anything else?
Following completion of your voucher sign up you will not receive a confirmation receipt.
Given that you have completed your purchase through our journey and met the voucher terms and conditions, you will receive your voucher from no-reply@giftcloud.com once your order and purchase has been validated by your new provider this can vary depending on the provider which we have broken down below.
I didn’t sign up through the email link sent to me, will I still receive my voucher?
The email you have received is a reminder email in case you have not yet completed your purchase. You do not need to complete your purchase through this link to be eligible for the voucher.
I used a different email address to set up my account to the one that I used for the voucher sign up, will I still receive my voucher?
Using alternative email addresses to sign up for the voucher and to set up your provider account this should not affect you receiving the voucher. The claim reward email will be sent to the email address used to sign up for the voucher.
When will I receive my Voucher?
BT
Your Voucher Claim email will be sent to the email address used to sign up for the voucher, this can take up to 100 days from your date of activation. We are unfortunately unable to query the status of your voucher until after this period has concluded.

Your Voucher Claim email will be sent to the email address used to sign up for the voucher, this can take up to 90 days from your date of activation. We are unfortunately unable to query the status of your voucher until after this period has concluded.
iD Mobile
Your Voucher Claim email will be sent to the email address used to sign up for the voucher, this can take up to 90 days from your date of activation. We are unfortunately unable to query the status of your voucher until after this period has concluded.
Plusnet
Although we display Plusnet offers the Reward Cards are fulfilled by Plusnet themselves.
Once your Plusnet connection is active, you will receive an email within 10 days telling you how to claim your voucher. Please follow the instructions in this email to be issued with your Plusnet Reward Card. You must submit your claim within two months of the email being issued and the card must be activated within three months of it being issued.

Your Voucher Claim email will be sent to the email address used to sign up for the voucher, this can take up to 120 days from your date of activation. We are unfortunately unable to query the status of your voucher until after this period has concluded.
Virgin Media
Your Voucher Claim email will be sent to the email address used to sign up for the voucher, this can take up to 120 days from your date of activation. We are unfortunately unable to query the status of your voucher until after this period has concluded. Once you have received the email you have 90 days to claim the voucher.
Virgin Mobile
Your Voucher Claim email will be sent to the email address used to sign up for the voucher, this can take up to 180 days from your date of activation. We are unfortunately unable to query the status of your voucher until after this period has concluded.
Vodafone

VOXI

Once you have received your Voucher Claim email from no-reply@giftcloud.com you will have 90 days from the date the email was sent to you in which to claim your voucher.
Can I use my voucher towards my bill?

Unfortunately, you can only receive the voucher that is offered with the specific deal you have signed up for. You cannot use this against your broadband bill.
