Why can’t I withdraw my cashback?

Once your cashback reaches payable it’s yours to enjoy anytime you like. If you are having any issues with withdrawing your cashback, here’s some things to check out.

Adding your payment details

If you would like to be paid directly via PayPal or bank, first make sure to add your details to your account here so we know how to pay you. You can do this here

Making sure your email is authenticated

Before paying out, you also need to authenticate your email so we know this Is correct. On your payout page there will be the ability to re-resend this email.

Verifying any changes made to your account

Whenever you add or change some personal details, we’ll send you an email to verify that it was you who made the changes.  You can re-request this email to be sent via your payout page.

If you have any issues with either authenticating your email, or confirming the a change you’ve made to your account, please raise a support ticket.
