Why didn't my purchase track?

Most purchases will track as normal, but some may not track due to VPN and ad-blocking software, or other security and browser settings.

It can take up to 7 days for most purchases to track to your account. If it still hasn't tracked after this time, please submit an 'untracked' claim with your order details. 

From there, we can follow this up with the retailer. Most claims are resolved within 1-3 months, at times longer, but we will provide you with an outcome as soon as we receive one.

Cashback can only be earned once for each purchase, and you will have to click through our site to receive any cashback. Please also ensure that you are meeting the terms for the retailer, as your purchase will not track if it isn't eligible for cashback.
