Why do you still feature a merchant on your site if they are behind with their payouts?

This is a question that we are asked by members and after reading public forums, this is a question that is discussed by many members.

We can, as with any cashback site, experience from time to time some significant delays in receiving the cashback from merchants networks. These situations are far from ideal and if we had any reason to believe that we would not be receiving this cashback (as opposed to delays in payouts), then yes we'd certainly remove the merchant from our site.

Please be assured that these issues do receive our full attention and whilst it may seem like there is no action being taken to bring these situations to a conclusion, this is simply not the case, however often unless we have any concrete information to give you, it can be difficult to advise.

Very often after an issue like a delay has been resolved, the merchant network often falls back into making regular payment, as the problems they experienced, may have been ironed out.
