Why hasn't my claim been sent to the merchant yet?

This is all to do with the ‘batching up’ of claims before they are sent off to the affiliate networks.

If the claim is currently at 'Ready to Submit' Status, please could you be aware that we submit claims in batches every few weeks and you will receive a message informing you when yours has been sent.

Different retailers work with different affiliate networks. Each affiliate network has a different way of processing missing cashback claims – but all like us to batch up claims.

Batches may however get sent at different intervals to different networks – so inevitably some ‘newer’ claims may get submitted before some other ‘older’ claims.
