Don't bother with this insurance if you're planning on getting cashback. 7 months after the policy purchase, cashback credit nowhere to be seen.

I took out this cover for mine and my partner's mobile phones. The policy document says that cover is for you and 'memebers of your resident family', we have been living together for over 6 years. Still, I called Help-u-cover to check that he is insured even though we are not married and they said yes, he is covered as we are living together. Then I registered his phone with them with no come back from them. I am now trying to claim for a crack in the screen of his phone and being told that he is not covered as we are not married!

The cash back tracked as per normal then at the last minute the cash back was rejected with no explanation and because it was over a 100 days from the purchase top cash back could not put a claim in for the money £15.00 would not use this company again. VERY POOR .
