Do not use. Promised £24 cashback - I purchased lifetime policy immediately. Did not track so I put in a claim after a couple of weeks, then they declined it as 'the network has not identified ourselves as the last referral to the merchant’s site and this transaction'. As far as I'm concerned, that's just a way out of paying up so I will renew my pet insurance elsewhere when the year is up, once the policy expires, cashback or no cashback.
