Company did not recognise cash back of 40.00 offered in July 2010. came back as £0.00. Enquiry submitted and still no money from company - Avoid!

Signed up for sports injury insurance, with 'helpucover' for my son on 11th Dec 2010. I have used this company before, so wasn't really influenced by the cashback offer. But thought it would be nice to get a few quid back anyway.
I checked that the link/registration process worked on my PC, for this merchant... all seemd ok. But 3 weeks on no sign of any progress or notification.
As this was my first use of TopCashback or any other simular site, i dismissed the whole process as a marketing scam. And put it down to a ... 'nothing ventured/nothing gained... yet failed this time exercise.
However i purchased a new gas cooker from Boots electrical appliances, a few days ago... and decided to give topcashback another try. This time at least i've reached stage 1... notification. I now await further progess, with 'great anticipation' :-)

Has gone to payable at £0.00, ie declined, after me paying two month's premium. Not very happy at all!
