Pay eventually.
Pay eventually usually after having to make a claim for cash back because order does not track. Payment minus vat and delivery even after qualifying for free delivery due to large order. Having said that my dogs love the hide chews and know where else sells big chunky chews that keep them occupied for a while each evening.

1st order paid no problem, 2nd had to contact customer services because it did not track. paid fraction of what was due.

Purchase made in July. - lodged missing claim,still no cash back. Purchase made in October - just lodged claim. Good value pet food but not confident about receiving cash back
