Dreadful, Hippo Bingo obviously have no intention of paying out. Both myself and my wife joined, followed all the rules yet no money has tracked. Its companies such as this that give TCB a bad name. In my opinion they should be removed from TCB.

Cashback refused.
I suspect that if you have had an account with any other Cassava Enterprises bingo site, they will not pay cashback. Be warned, it seems to be up to you to work out which sites are run by Cassava and there are several of them.
Cassava bingo sites are not great anyway and they make it difficult to withdraw any winnings.

played the required amount on hippo bingo and never received any cash back I have complained and have heard nothing neither, I only signed up for the cash back as I new to be able to withdraw I would need to win over £20
avoid if you do not want to be left disappointed

Cashback didn't track however claim was settled after a few months thanks to topcashback. If you aren't dyslexic and can manage to read terms and conditions without getting a migraine like some other comments then you get your Cashback fine.
