Never used Base.com before but was very happy with my DVDs arriving within a week of ordering. Cashback was showing as payable after 8 days, which is very quick compared to some retailers. Great service and prices.

SO Glad I discovered Base.com - FREE Postage, Fast Dispatch VERY Competitive Prices, EXCELLENT! I WILL be recommending them to all of my friends!
As for their Cashback offer; It's AWESOME! My purchases tracked within minutes and became payable just 2 weeks, (that's right; only TWO WEEKS), after I made them! I wish other retailers paid as fast as Base.com!
I will definitely be a regular customer from now on!

Can't comment on customer service or goods yet as only just ordered, however, item tracked within an hour of purchase so recommended on cashback, and others could learn from this, wish TC would get rid of some of the bad ones, I have though learned to check the recommendations first before using companies

Superb, got the cash back and actually picked the items myself. I'm going to be making a few bob out of this as all my friends and family are now coming to me with requests, as I actually bring the items home with me (saves a day or 2 waiting for the post)!!!
As I said before, I'm biased as I work for them (but honest enough to say so), but knowing I get cashback and it tracks very quickly is marvelous news!!!

I only discovered base.com on Google by accident the other day. I ordered some bargain DVDs Friday evening, they arrived Monday morning with Free Delivery. Not bad rate of cashback compared to other site and cashback was showing on TCB within an hour of accessing the site. It was confirmed within a few days. Very impressed. Would highly recommend base.com

I may be very biased as I work for them, so I know that the orders are picked and despatched on the day they are received, if before 14.00 or next day if after that. I was amazed to find that I can get cashback through TCB so I will make sure I do all my ordering through here now as well!!!!!!!!!!

Cannot recommend this retailer highly enough, after trawling the internet for a good price on a DVD box set Base.com came up as by far and away the best price. I had never heard of them before but decided to give them ago and checked on TCB on the off chance that I could get some cashback too. I am pleased to report that not only could I get cashback but that it tracked within an hour of placing the order and it has paid out within 2 weeks!!! This is the quickest cashback I have ever had. The actual order arrived very fast as well, within 2 days of ordering. I will definately be shopping there again.
