Ordered a cross stitch kit which was in the sale and it took ages to arrive. When it did the packaging was very soiled but the contents were ok. Went through top cash back but nothing appeared in my account so put a claim in which in fairness tcb investigated but the outcome disappointing as hobbycraft say i went through a third party!!! Find this difficult to understand. Blame is placed on cookies etc. Think this is a copout by hobbycraft as have used tcb for years and never had this problem. Hobbycraft refuse to identify this third party to tcb so we are all at a stalemate. Will be very hesitant to use hobbycraft again through top cash back. Also find that hobbycraft is often out of stock of many items same as their empty shelves in store.

22 weeks and counting! Payment tracked quickly, confirmed within a month but it has now been 22 weeks and no money! TCB are staying they have been paid for January 2014 transactions but mine from November 2013 is still just stuck on Confirmed. Don't expect your cashback in a hurry of at all!!

The product was excellent but the cashback not so.I have now been waiting over 20 weeks with no explanation. If you want a quality product fine, but if you want the cashback go elsewhere.

Come on hobby craft and top cash back l am still waiting after 17 weeks for my cashback have contacted topcashback three times now and told me to wait another 2 weeks then contact them this is not good enough its not acceptable for a company to advertise there cashback is 8 weeks and after 11 stil not got it now its over 4 months how much time is a reasonable topcashback. very frustrated and l suggest that after people have got there cash back that you take this company off your site as they dont deserve to be on here

I've ordered an item through TCB in october. The cashback tracked soon. Though the estimated payable time was 8 weeks, it is almost 3 months now, only now the cashback is confirmed. Terribly slow.

My new sewing machine came extremely quickly and customer services were really helpful. I'd buy from these again. Just wish my cashback amount was confirmed quicker as I'm still waiting and I brought my goods in October.
