Take a look below and you will discover some very positive Holiday Autos review comments, although the feedback in general is somewhat mixed. While some TopCashback members have complained about their cashback being declined ot taking a long time to reach payable status, others have obviously had no problems whatsoever. Some of the comments left regarding cashback include “paid within three weeks of hire date”, “fast payment, highly recommended” and “quick and fast payment, really pleased”. It is not just the cashback process which comes in for praise, however, with others loving Holiday Autos as a company. The vast majority of Holiday Autos reviews on Trustpilot are excellent, with one customer saying: “Great value for money, car was brand new and exceeded expectations. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and explained everything very clearly. Would definitely use them again.” Other comments include “quick and easy booking process — not the first time we have used Holiday Autos for this very reason”, “easy and honest service. Options for every budget” and “we have used Holiday Autos in the past and have to say their service is getting better year on year”.

I booked a car in January 2018 for a holiday in California in May of that year. Can was returned on time with no issues. I have not received cashback on this booking and the claim has just been closed for a second time without any explaination as to why. Communication from them has been non-existant. Poor customer service. Only giving one star because I have to.

I have twice used holiday autos through Top Cashback, followed link and completed online but one has been declined and one is still pending three months after the hire. I can't query it either as the bookings were made well in advance so by the time the issue arises it's outside the 100 day limit to investigate a missing claim.

Don't bother booking with holiday autos since you'll be lucky if your cashback is ever tracked and if it is you'll be even luckier to have this paid - even if you put in a support ticket with topcashback they find it impossible to progress effectively or timely and you'll just waste time and energy on this - book with Expedia instead - much smoother cashback process

Take advice and book directly with a car hire company. I have done this previously and just this time booked with search engine being an emergency situation. My partner had to travel to south africa urgently due to a family emergency. Whilst she was getting ready, i booked a car through their site on my credit card for collection the following day following her overnight flight. Only when i confirmed the payment you get a message saying that you need the credit card that was used to purchase the hire with. My partner took my credit card as well as all the other required documents including her own credit card as proof of ID. Well, i tried calling the customer services of holiday suto who was very poor in speaking english, did not listen or understand what i was saying. What could have been a simple five minute chat turned into a 15 minute row as you could not speak any clearer. The call center is based in the philippines, english not being one of their job descriptions to have a job there. I have now lost my money in dealing with these people as they have refused to refund my money. I will take it further. As i said, you get the "must have" warnings only after you book it. An error maybe, but what the hell could be so difficult when my partner has all her own documents and proof of ID. Even if they change the booking details, considering what the situation was. i just paid for the car. What happens when a company books the car for an employee travelling on a company business card. The employee wont take the business card. Take advice and stay away from this website. Cheaper is not always best.

Holiday Autos always charge a higher price through Topcashback than when going direct to their website. They also constantly turn down cashback. AVOID!!

Cashback with Holiday Autos is very easy, just remember to go through topcashback to any bookings you make and that is as simple as that. Simple and never had problems with Holiday Autos regarding cashback. Very satisfied.
