Cashback Too Long
I like this product but find it onerous to keep checking my account to see if the cashback has come through. Other companies that I deal with via Cashback show on my account almost immediately but I always have to fill in a missing claim form for this one. Even after I submit a claim it is a minimum of 10 weeks to show payable and often longer by which time I have submitted another order and have to go through the same process once more. Such a pity as I like their product but find it annoying to wait months for Cashback to say the least.

Never tracks the purchase
I have to raise a missing claim after every purchase. It takes too long to verify, and even after confirming cashback, it still has not been paid. I am still awaiting cashback for May 2024, and 3 claims are still outstanding.

Never Tracks
One of the only retailers I constantly have to lodge a manual claim for nearly every time. Others track correctly so, its not something I am doing or have done.
Cashback comes eventually, never sure if it's for the correct amount as it's normally so long after ordering that I can't remember.

Cash back rate bad
Used to be a good Cash back merchant, as you can use a discount code from Top Cash Back provided and higher rates of cash back same time.
But I'm afraid its not happening anymore. As it says order over £75,get 15% Cash back, but when using discount code on Top Cash back website, it only got 1% Cash back. Disappointed!

On a lot of occasions with H & B I find myself having to put in a claim, maybe I am doing something wrong but isn't usually the case with other retailers

Gets there in the end
I shop regularly with H&B online. Cashback rarely tracks and I have to raise a claim, but it does eventually come through. Be careful of using voucher codes - only codes listed on TCB get a higher rate of cashback. Any codes you find on the H&B website will tend to get a much lower rate. But there are generally good offers - 3 for 2 or Buy 1 get 1 half price.
