my last three purchases have not tracked. one paid after putting in a claim. i won't be buying anything else from them until my two other claims have been paid. not good enough. Also, i've had to email h&b on several occasions when 'extra points' haven't appeared in my account.

CB not tracked and gave incorrect discount from advertised voucher code. TCB advertised a £5 off £40 spend voucher code plus CB of 10% for new customers. It only took off 10% so £4. False advertising. On top of that the order has not tracked. Will not be repurchasing. Feel scammed!
