Not fast and then cashback declined with no reason supplied. After submitting claim to Topcashback the value was reinstated but at 50% of original value. Not very good.

The cashback used to be reliably tracked but I have had my last 2 orders declined for "cancelled orderes" although I have received and paid for both. I will avoid H&B cashback going forward.

Once I clicked on the 'get cashback now'button the rest was easy. The click and collect service is also very good. I have used it several times now and it has been pain free! Cashback payment was also quick.
