My cashback from May is still pending! They take a long time it would seem to confirm. It's the only cashback sat in pending every month since May.

TIP - always divide up your H&B purchases to under £50......they never pay-up when you spend more. This transaction took 9 weeks to pay & I had to push for it.

Most payouts have been really fast, but recently the estimated 4 weeks wait has been greatly exceeded - have two payments pending from 3 months ago!

Not good recently. Order earlier in the no cashback. Recent order, cashback only paid after having to go to the bother of raising a query. Previous orders in past times though, there was no problem.
