My experience is the same as the last half dozen posts - it tracks quickly but has now become £0 payable. Why are they on the website if they don't come good with the offer of 11% as advertised. Completely misleading and wont use them again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS . Never tracked , and then they refused to pay , using the excuse that "Another marketing channel was credited with the sale "
Simply Supplements for me in future , and a better cashback rate !

Tracked quickly, but didn't pay the cashback. Sent in a missing claim and still waiting. Only purchased the items through topcashback because the discount made the items a bit cheaper than using another online company. Not impressed.

Cashback was tracked but nothing was paid out, payable £0.00, was supposed to be 11%. Rubbish considering I have spent a fair amount. Still waiting to see if they will pay out on another transaction, not holding my breath!!

Had to submit a manual claim in April for a March 2010 purchase. Despite eventually showing up on my account as 'Confirmed' in May, it hasn't tracked to payable yet, which even though it's only a small amount is pretty disappointing.
