I've had to log several missing cashback tracks. Slow in processing and its not clear which products will earn cashback as protein purchases don't track

Firstly, I had placed two orders at Holland and Barret in span of two weeks. Firstly, Claims were not recognised. Later on moving to missing claim, it takes ages for H&B to approve it. Not at all satisfied with H&B team.
