Doesn't track, don't bother with a manual claim either
cleared down cache, logged in, went to merchant's site, placed order, collected order, didn't track.
Submitted claim through customer service, claim declined by retailer.
Not the first time this has happened.
Hence me clearing down cache first as I didn't want anything to jeapodise the claim.

Didn't honour cashback
Opened a claim with all the details provided and then told 'Unfortunately, it seems as though they have taken the decision to decline your claim as we have not been identified as the last channel to your sale.'
So cautionary tale about choosing deals without factoring in cash-back as it may not track, which feels misleading and like misselling.
