Actual product works, but administration lacking
Having made a purchase from Honest Mobile, the service they offer seems to all work as promised. I have, however, received no confirmation of my purchase from Honest Mobile and the transaction has not tracked through TopCashBack. I contacted Honest Mobile after my purchase to query the lack of confirmation and they said they don’t send any confirmation - I will need to wait several weeks for my first bill when I will see my payment on the account. This seems very odd - where else would you pay a company for a service, but not get any confirmation of what you’ve paid, and what you can expect from that payment. Or even an email to explain when the first bill will be received. Just nothing at all. And a customer service approach which is that this is their normal way of doing business.
