Mediocre hotels. I am still waiting for them to approve a cashback payment from April, which make Puma Hotels by far the slowest topcashback payer i have come across.

£2.50 spent and 15p cashback...
If I had booked a room for £2.50 can I book another at that price?
So spent time filling in claim and Puma Hotels failed to even respond... Cheers for that.

I booked a holiday in Tenerife via TCB in February 2010 and Barcelo have never responded - a lot of money to lose!
Strange thing is the UK holiday tracked with no problem

Have booked twice for a Barcelo Hotel minibreak and they offer a very good level of service, hence we have done it twice so far. Cashback the first time I queried but it seems you only get it less VAT & service charges. Does track quickly though.

We have spent three very enjoyable days at the Barcelo Oxford. A superb hotel with excellent food, rooms, staff and service. There is a frequent bus service into the centre of Oxford from just outside the Hotel (takes about 10 minutes) so better to leave the car in the (large) Hotel car park.
My booking was tracked by the company within hours.
Altogether I highly recommend this hotel and the Barcelo chain.
