A revolution in British chocolate was started when the first Hotel Chocolat shop was opened in north London in 2004.

The aim of founders Angus Thirlwell and Peter Harris were on a mission to make chocolate exciting again, and from that first shop, they now have 103 stores, as well as cafes and restaurants.
