Disapointing; quickly tracked and logged cash back payable however then went to 0. I have had to make a claim. This seems to be a common theme with this site so something is going wrong.

Like others before I tried both voucher codes listed but neither worked so no extra discount for me!! Otherwise the cashback listed almost immediately, just hope they pay up when they say they will.

This purchase showed as being tracked but then when I checked after our credit card bill had been paid IN FULL in was suddenly tracking at zero. BE WARNED,

Booked thru Topcashback.co.uk, tracked very quickly but showing only cashback for 1 night only and not for the total of 4 nights. Hope it pays me the correct amount when it becomes payable.

Tracked fast enough but for some unknown reason the amount that was previous 11.00 reverted to 0.00!! I have both stayed and paid for the hotel so have no idea what is going on!

Highly recommend this site. Found the ideal hotel we were looking for with the price of the hotel less than half quoted on other sites. e.g. We paid £33 per night which included a free breakfast, with other sites quoting for the same hotel £69 per night. Will definately use hotels.com again and the hotel we stopped in was exactly what it said "on the packet".

Bad experience - used 10% discount code in addition to going through top cash back for 4 hotel bookings. Initially tracked and logged cash back payable then on date payable reversed all the cash back transactions to zero.

very poor, i booked hotels on three different occasions and in every case the cashback has been declined, despite booking confirmation references and all the money having been taken from my account, would never use hotels uk/com again, other sites such as expedia and lastminute have tracked.
