Not very happy. I'm still waiting for cashback from two transactions on 15th January 2019. Both have been confirmed so I don't understand why they haven't been paid.

I booked 3 rooms in the Artezen Hotel in New York from the 6th of Aug to the 13th of Aug - total cost £3330.87. Hotels.com advertised 10% cash back for new customers which I was. I received £57.04. Can someone explain this to me?
