Cashback is as always a great extra discount but Hotel.com offers are not what they used to be and sometimes dearer than directly wth hotel. In the case of leading Hotel chains, often the Topcash cash will also apply

It it was diffiuclt getting paid by the retailer. They cancelled my cash back. I also dont understand why the cahsback is so low for exisiting customers who want to earn a reward when other merchants offer higher cash back at 4%.
