transactions not tracked, then keep declining claim as not found. have used several times and the same issue keeps repeating. i have no issues with any other sites via Top Cash Back. Do not use for cashback benefits

Disgraceful, if i could give them 0 stars i would. I have been a regular customer of Hotels.com over the past 6 months, booking for a hotel stay most weeks. However, they have seemingly declined all my cashback transactions, claiming they could not verify they were booked through this cashback site, when clearly I did. With no way to appeal. Robbers. I will not book with hotels.com again and suggest other customers conisder the possibility of not receiving their cashback when considering price.
