Another claim needed to get cashback, then told by TOPCASHBACK it had to wait till they send the next BATCH, I would use another provider to get cashback, appears topcashback have issues all the time with Hotels.com :(

Cashback rate fluctuates a lot and other cash back website are sometimes higher... but it's a welcome % back from business bookings. It is however VERY slow to proceed to payment so don't hold your breath.

Wouldn't trust these again, they entice you with offers but then renege on the deals, only got a fraction of the cashback i was owed after a number of complaints.

Cashback becoming less and less, if you are a Rewards Member. Used to be my 1st port of call, when booking accommodation, but not now. Also some transaction track reasonably quickly, but I still have 5 different bookings from last year, that are still at Pending. Frustrating that I can't even chase these up through TCB.

I am not at all impressed with Hotels.com. On 1st December 2016 I made a booking with them for a week's stay in a hotel in California. The cashback amount of £129 has still not been received in spite of my contacting customer services. I will not book with this Company again through Top Cashback.

This cashback was advertised as 20% but (a) I had to make a claim for it and am now offered £12.72 instead of the correct £26.24. Not very satisfactory or honest trading.

Still waiting for cashback pending from December 2016. Sent them an e mail which they ignored. Had problems with the hotel booked through them, they said dinner wasn't included in deal ( it was) - no response when I emailed Hotels.com. Will not be using again.
