Very poor tracking, used twice within 6 months and both of the transactions are stuck at the pending stage. Nearly £90 of cashback :( Still given them three stars as their loyalty offer is great.

After paying in full with no refund if cancelled, our cashback did not appear. When a claim was submitted we were told that because of cancellation policies our claim would be submitted after our stay had been completed. After futher chasing we were allocated £27.74 cashback instead of the £41.03 we should have received. This is now being queried with Hotels.com. A year after we initially paid the £27.74 became payable. The claim for the original amount has still not been resolved. I recently booked again with Hotels.com and once again had to chase the cashback claim. Same terms same result. Seriously considering if we will use them again. We currently spend between £5000 and £6000 a year on hotels, so their loss.

A Room booked in November 2016 and stayed in December 2016 and payout still shows as pending. Customer services contacted but don't appear to be able to help unless transaction is confirmed by Hotels.Com. This now seems highly unlikely that it will ever be confirmed, especially after 6 months. Dissappointed

I have earned lots of cashback through Hotels.com for which I am delighted. I am not happy though that I still have a transaction pending from last year for which I have raised it with no joy! I have been paid out from my transactions this year though.
