Absolute scam. I made 2 hotel bookings, both tracked with the correct amounts however they never paid out. I had proof of staying with them, proof of tracking but TCB said they couldnt find my booking. Absolute scam, very unhappy, dont use Hotels.com. I will be going back to my normal supplier of hotels. Beware Hotels.com advertise something they do not give!

Hotels never honoured cashback and i have no idea why. I have never had any issues with other providers, therefore i will never use them again
