simple transaction and cashback is always paid and although it sometimes take longer than indicated the level of the cashback makes the wait worthwhile

A few transactions have not tracked - despite following the recommendations on clearing all cookies, opening a new browser etc. Very annoying as this has happened a few times now and these are large transactions!

Hotels.com have not paid cashback although Topcashback showed it as tracked. This has happened a year ago on a purchase made on the computer and now it's happening again on a booking made on my smart phone. Very unprofessional and rather rude response as well when I contacted the customer service. Not happy.

Cash back amount doesn't equate to full spend amount. Not sure how its worked out but I spent nearly £300 more than the amount eligible for the cash back

In all 3 of my transactions with hotels.com in 2016, I did not receive the correct amount of cashback. Instead of getting the amount for bookings via mobile device, I received 3 percent less than what was promised. They were smooth in paying the reduced amount cashback though, so that was good, but still disappointing when you don't get the 3 percent extra that you should be getting - for ALL three transactions!
