Happy with their shoes, very comfortable. Customer Service could be a bit better. I had a query regarding the amount of refund I received and was expecting a breakdown of the way the refund was worked out. All I got was a confirmation that the refund was correct, but no explanation at all.

I have used this company several times. the products are just fab and excellent quality, returns etc no problems. If you want a refund you have to pay for the p&p back to them BUT if you ask for gift vouchers they will refund this with them and you can have a nice treat when the sales are on - would highly recommend them for fit and quality, they are like the new Clarks and are strong competition

Excellent shoes, comfortable and wear well. Always look stylish whether dressed up or casual. Lovely girls in call centre, very well mannered and helpful. Goods are always well packed, with an enclosed, paid label for any returns.

Cash back tracked immediately and is now confirmed which is fantastic, but still no shoes, three weeks after ordering, and no update from Hotter. I have had their shoes before which were lovely, that's why I went back and the cash back is a bonus, BUT delivery is sooooo slow.... I'm seriously thinking of cancelling the order now.

I have bought twice from this retailer, both times from clearance stock heavily reduced in price, and on both occasions my credit card was declined, meaning I had to phone and it was suggested I buy over the phone - hence no cashback. Each time there was no problem with my credit card, which makes me think they deliberately try to avoid paying cashback, perhaps only on clearance stock. There was also problem where a pair of shoes I wanted to order, and which was visible on the website, could only be ordered by telephone. I suggested this should be made clear on the website and was told it would be sorted out, but one week later there has been no change. Also no shoes received. I would have to have a very good reason to use this site again.
