	The cash, eventually came through after 4 months. I'm pleased though. The cash, eventually came through after 4 months. I contacted HSBC last week to chace it and they said to speak with TCB and they could do nothing. Coincidentally, it appeared 7 days later. It's free cash, so I'm not complaining. Well done RCB Team for keeping informed.

	didnt track for 3-4 months but got there in the end took a while and had to raise a missing cashback claim but they paid out in the end.

	Quite a easy process from my experience It was good to get a cashback on top of switch offer from HSBC, really enjoyed making this transaction !! Similar offers would be interesting to explore

	Cash back not pAid Have written several times to top cash back about no show with the cash back. Originally made the purchase back in December 2022. Yes over 1year ago! Top cash back closed the ticket with out a satisfactory resolution. SO have had to raise a complaint. Top cash back wrote back to request my first line of address. I have supplied this and am currently waiting for the cash back.

	Quick and easy Easy to apply for the bank account and the earnings appeared on my Top Cashback account straight away, unlike other bank account cashbacks which I've had to wait months for! It has progressed to Payable so quickly, I'm really pleased.

	No cashback, poor service offering Switched in from another account, did everything as instructed - didn't get the cashback. Opened a dispute with TopCashback, instantly put 'on ice' with the indication that the process may take several months before they might start looking into it. To top it off, the account and app were poor. Really not worth wasting your time.

	CashBack from HSBC Did not track straight away, had to raise a ticket which then took 6 months before I got the cashback and tha was after a quite a few nudges. There should be compensation for every month they go over. Maybe then they'll pay the cashback quicker. Satisfied I got the cashback in the end though.

	Paid after raising claim Didn't track initially, but was perfectly fine after having claim completed. Unsure if it's me, as half my purchases never seem to track, even the same websites have a funny turn, money paid all good

	Slow to Pay My Cashback appeared on 13th December 2022 with a status of Pending. 3 months later nothing has changed. HSBC were offering an incentive of £200 if you transferred another current account to them via the Current Account Switching service. This was paid promptly yet my Topcashback is still unpaid.
