Very pleased with the product and the delivery, but cashback has been refused as they claim that topcashback were not the last referer. I clear cookies restart the browser and follow the sale through from this site without distraction, so I can only conclude that I've been scammed. Just glad it was only a few pounds and would not consider any large purchase in the future with any cashback in the calculation

Purchased a tv in December 2013. After a number if nudges, finally got this message from Top cash back as a quote from Hughes stating 'Another marketing channel was credited with the sale'. That would be unlikely as I chose Hughes for the cashback and followed the link through to the site and who is this mysterious marketing channel? Disappointed and won't be using Hughes again.

Should have received £45.00 cashback on a television that was purchased but Hughes Direct decided to pay this saying there was either a voucher code used or another cashback site used, neither was the case so if you make a large value purchase don't expect to receive your cashback. I will never use Hughes Direct again!

Purchased an expensive Television and only went to Hughes because of cashback offered as could have ordered from other merchants. Hughes Direct have said they will not pay the cashback because they are saying another cashback site or voucher code was used....when it wasn't. Don't expect to get the cashback if you place an expensive order!

Product arrived 24 hours early which was good but refused to pay cashback. Apparently I clicked through another site before ordering.
100% positive as I ordered it off a different PC going through topcashback and entering the product code in their own search box and placing the order.

Brilliant. Ordered a Nespresso Citiz and Milk which Hughes direct had at the best price. Delivered promptly and even saved an extra 3% using a coupon which was posted as well as the cashback. 5* service

Immediate tracking and payable within a month! I'm so impressed with this company, their prices are competitive and the deal codes give extra discounts. Can't fault Hughes Direct and their service. They also use DPD for their deliveries-I think they are the best courier company out there.
