Not Tracked
I ordered over £200 worth of stuff from Hugo and it was supposed to be around £14.71 - It didn't track, so I submitted a ticket and to my surprise it was declined. This is not the first time this has happened, however, I am going to stop using Top Cashback as recently it seems like most don't track anymore and most tickets are declined.

Ordered a watch. Clicked through TCB. No discount code used. Cashback didn't track. Raised a missing claim. Declined. Offered proof of purchase but still Declined. Won't be ordering from them again

Seems to be the modus operandi with Hugo Boss. When you query it with TCB, you're told there's nothing they can do. It really isn't good enough.

Dishonest retailer
Cashback never tracks and raising a claim ends up in rejections. No wonder they have such high rates, they don’t have any intentions of paying out.

Quick delivery!
excellent service and quick delivery, shame about the courier they use- UPS! Every order delivered from them ends up at the Access point!
They never ever attempt to deliver, the excuse they use is that no one was in, funny that, as I have a concierge, which they have to walk past to leave the building!
Driver is just lazy!
