Never tracks and returns are a nightmare.
It never tracks. Both my wife and I have purchased a few things in the last 12months none of which has ever tracked. We've had to raise missing cashback claims, none of which are successful.
Also, returns are a joke. Three weeks after I returned an item for being of poor quality (poorly stitched) I still haven't received my refund. Raised a Paypal claim as they state the refund payment was rejected?
The quality of the items is mixed to say the least. Some expensive items are not worth the money and then when you return them, they take £1.95 postage off you even though they've sent you a defective item?!
