I couldn't get the site to take my payment on checking out. Went into the Help section to text an on line advisor. Was told that the site was having problems in this area so they telephoned me to allow completion. Card went through no problem, but I don't expect I'll get the 13% cashback :-(

Hasn't given any cashback after now 8 months waiting for a response after a manual claim. I was sucked in by the high cashback percentage on offer but I shouldn't have relied on this because I could've bought cheaper elsewhere.

Ordered this 10/7/09, waited 4 days & recieved nothing. Phoned up & was told my gift voucher was not recognised on their system so that was why there was no despatched. Would of been nice to be told about the late delay, via email or phone. Also, they made a mistake in my invoice and only had 1 item and yet I ordered 2 items. Finally, had to contact them 3 times on their 'Live Chat' took ages for a response, but finally got an answer. Was told they would send it by Courier and was recieved the next day, on 17/7/09. Overall, satisfaction 5/10.

This 'company' was really poor and took months to bring my cashback claim to a close. The result was that they'd failed to recognise my purchase as having gone through ToopCashBack. Avoid!
