I ordered flowers to be delivered on Saturday and they have still not arrived. No phone number only an e-mail which they have failed to respond to. If i do not get the flowers delivered today or a full refund i will getting the transaction removed from my credit card. Not a good service at all.

I ordered some flowers for my grandparents for their 60th wedding anniversary, I ordered them with a few days notice only for Hermes (the chosen delivery company) to make a right mess of it and send the flowers to the wrong depot. Rather pointless offering the chance to pick a delivery date if the company are to inefficient to deliver to the right place. Offered a refund of delivery charge and a credit to my account. Not happy with the service.

SUMMARY: Not only do they fail to deliver on their promises but they make it extremely difficult to contact them to seek redress for their incompetence. I have ordered from iFlorist before and didn't remember anything remarkably bad going on so when I got their email advertising Mother's Day bouquets I decided to place an order. I was flying home to Northern Ireland to visit my mum for Mother's Day and thought I was being sensible planning in advance rather than rushing around last minute. One week before Mother's Day I ordered one of their bouquets. I was disappointed they could only offer a single delivery option that covered the Saturday and Sunday of the following week, but reluctantly accepted that the flowers might be a day early. No problem. I then got an email on the Tuesday advising me that my order had been "allocated" and was "ready for shipping". The email confirmed the delivery would take place on 29th March, one day before Mother's day. Fair enough, as long as they were there on time. Unfortunately the 29th came and went. I therefore had to race around last minute on the Sunday to pick of a bunch of flowers and a card, probably paying over the odds and certainly limiting my choice - not to mention the fact I'd now had to pay twice! What's the use in delivering Mother's Day flowers the day after Mother's Day?! The flowers finally arrived at approximately 2pm on Monday 31st March, the day after Mother's Day. I called iFlorist to complain almost immediately and was directed by their call advisor to email my complaint from the website. I did this, asking whether they this was standard practice or an irregular slip in quality that merited some redress. Within a couple of hours they replied. This time they told me I had to put my request 'in writing' (i.e. via post) 'as per company policy'. I find this to be an absolute disgrace in this day and age; to be redirected from one channel to another not once but twice. iFlorist clearly don't value their cus

Delivery arrived on time. That's the only positive experience. What was delivered wasn't what I ordered and I could have picked up flowers in the reduced to clear section of a supermarket with more life span that the ones I received from iflorist. currently waiting on their customer services dept to deal with my complaint.

Absolute RIP OFF! Do not buy from this company. Absolute disgrace. Rubbish flowers and rubbish customer service. Won't be using these again. Take my advice and stay clear unless you like to pay a high price for garage forecourt flowers that are on their last legs when they arrive.

I didn't read the earlier comments re this company -only the most recent when I ordered a wreath for a funeral. The funeral was in Northampton -and the wreath was amazing,the photo looked lovely but in 'real' life it was even better. Everyone commented on it. I would def use this company again- very good on price, even better with cashback that has been tracked already-flowers ordered on Monday for funeral Friday .My only 'complaint' is that I can't fathom out on their website where to leave a compliment direct!!

I have used Iflorist several times for delivery to various locations around GB, including very rural Wales. Each time the flowers were delivered the next day and the feedback from the recipient was always very positive. Their site is easy to use and a nice selection for flowers is available. I would use them again and the cashback tracks very quickly and is always paid.

Not happy with them at all ordered some flowers to be sent to New Zealand to find out they never got delivered. On contacting iflorist i was told they would look into it and send me an email second day came and still no email contacted them again and again was told they will come back to me i have to give them 24 hours notice which i had already done. Wont be using them again!!

Cashback tracked and received very quickly. However I would not recommend iflorist as a service, flowers received were nothing like what I ordered, very sparse and poor quality. Will not be using again.

The flowers were for Valentines Day and I paid for a pre 2pm delivery on them. The flowers eventually turned up the day after Valentines Day at about 3pm. The flowers themselves look tired and old and were very poor quality. Including in the purchase I made were some chocolates. These did not arrive! I have tried to contact their customer services via phone but it always says they are to busy to talk to me and hangs up. I emailed 3 times and have not received a response once! Stay away from this merchant, there are so many other online florists who are a lot better!
