Just wanted to warn anyone else before purchasing. - You can't contact them by phone - Ticket system doesn't allow you to login and you can't get help because you can't phone! - No response when you do email - On valentines day the one time you expect help... They disable any chance of live chat! - If you order multiple orders they don't come at once. So here I am valentines day with only 1 order of 3 - Courier leaves flowers outside! And slips card through the door saying they outside! Even though we were home! He didn't even knock! In short poor service, poor delivery, can't live up to their promises! Avoid them and rather stick to other larger companies!! Not worth the cashback %

Terrible retailer - avoid at all costs. Have order 2 seperate bunches of flowers. Both turned up half dead. Was told I could get a refund but this took over 5 weeks to receive and an awful lot of chasing. Terrible flowers and even worse customer service.

I'm very impressed with this company. I have used them twice, the cashback was detailed almost immediately and payable in a very short space of time. The recipients of the flowers were delighted with them and I was impressed to receive an e-mail confirming there delivery.

It took 4 months before I received cashback from iFlorist - I wish I had read the comments before I'd ordered. I won't be using them again! I did query the length of time it was taking with TopCashBack and eventually received the money.

Absolutely Awful - stay clear. Ordered flowers last Thursday for delivery for a friends Birthday the following Tuesday. The flowers never arrived! What made it worse was I had to ask my friend and spoil the surprise and to be told they hadn't arrived! They've now been promised to be delivered on Thusday - 2 days late and no mention of any recompense (i.e. larger bouquet etc) for the inconvenience. Awful customer service, I'll never use again. And from reading the above on cashback it looks like that's going to be an issue as well.

Absolutely, at every cost, AVOID this retailer. Shocking customer service, complete lack of information available about an undelivered order. Order placed well in time before delivery due date and was not delivered at all. TCB should remove this merchant.

I wish I had taken note of the reviews - ordered a box of wine for my Dad's birthday in plenty of time and set a delivery date and it arrived - but 2 days late. To top it all, I emailed them to point this out and they just replied with "your order has been delivered" and pointed me to the tracking site.

Hasn't tracked. Submitted a claim about 5 weeks ago, still 'awaiting' from the retailer. Nudge button hasn't really worked.

Truely awful. I ordered some flowers for Mothers day - they did not arrive on time. I was given a discount and I gave them the benefit of the dioubt - again the order did not arrive. I was given a free upgrade and for the third time the flowers were not delivered. Avoid this company at all costs.
