Declined on three occasions despite valid purchases. Emailed ink factory a number of times who promised to look into it but never did. Given up on them.

No cashback after one month, have had to lodge a claim. Seems to happen to quite a few people! Don't think I will be using again as many ink companies out there offering either better prices or better cashback.
