	Exclusions apply I was very disappointed when my purchase didn't track for the correct amount and I didn't get the 25% cashback as stated. After lodging a claim, it transpires in the small print (terms and conditions) it is only on the base premium not any add on such as medical screening. I've used this company before and never had a problem. I think an asterisk should be placed next to the cashback amount which clearly states refer to terms and conditions, exclusions apply. I'm not sure who's fault this is Topcashback or Insure and Go? Sharp tactics me thinks!

	Fast Payment Excellent Company. Cashback was in my account extremely quickly after purchase of annual holiday insurance.

	Nearly six month delay We took out our travel insurance with Insure and Go because of the cashback they were offering. We had to open a ticket to chase this after three months and it took another two months more before we received it.

	Good search engine. I bought travel insurance through Insure And Go. Very surprised to receive cashback so quickly. Will keep on using TopCash Back. Makes a large purchase worth.

	Beware - still waiting for cashback after nearly 6 months Purchased annual travel insurance through Insureandgo 6 months ago because of their generous cashback. Cashback did not appear on TCB therefore submitted a claim, which was sent to Insureandgo, who so far have not responded.
