None of my last 12 transactions have been tracked. What is the point of offering cash back, if you don't pay out. Seems like false advertising to me.

I use IHG on a weekly basis, and when it works it works quickly and is great. However, despite following the same process every week when I make my bookings, quite often the cashback does not track as expected and I need to raise claims to try and get the cashback paid. This is frustrating, and there is never any indication as to why some weeks it works okay, and some weeks it does not, which is not helpful.
