Be warned! Absolutely do NOT use Interflora - at least not if you expect to see any cash back! Spent £60, all tracked fine and genuine. But guess what? NO CASHBACK! "I’m afraid that the merchant has taken the decision to decline your missing commission claim, no information in helping to clarify as to why this decision has been reached has been provided" Nice business model. Advertise cashback - then don't pay out! NB don't be fooled by the 'star rating': The flowers themselves were OK (as expected for £60 spend), the rest of it was minus multiple stars - but 'One star is the lowest possible rating'!

Absolutely appalling in getting cashback from interflora. Spent over £50 on one order and after months of trying to get the cashback, the response I get is no cashback will be awarded as order was cancelled, complete rubbish, flowers, chocolates and balloon delivered to my mum - how can they say order was cancelled. Used them again and didn't get the advertised cashback either - will be avoiding from now on.

Bought from Interflora twice in a month and they have refused to pay both times stating 'Unathorised voucher code'. They are the most expensive florist and I was only using them for the cashback. BIG MISTAKE. Shop elsewhere!!!!

Flowers were delivered on Thursday, were dead by Saturday considering price paid was very disappointed, will definitely not be using again, I've had better flowers which lasted longer from the reduced section at the supermarket

Very disappointing that the cash back was declined, have used on numerous occasions and never had a problem. If they are not willing to do this then Top Cash take them off your web site so we can use another company who does.

Disgusting, only used them as they were on topcashback as opposed to all the other sites I could have ordered flowers from, they cancelled the cashback swiftly....bogus offer. to top it all, caught up in all the mothers day inteflora disappointment

I had a full order paid for by credit card, failed to track claim. I submitted a claim with full details of order number, address, credit card etc. Company refused my cashback claim saying they could find no record of it. They suck in my humble opinion

I completed and paid for a full order and gave them all the details of the payment, order number etc. They failed to track and then eventually said they could find no record of the order. Shame my credit card company were not as rubbish as Intaflora as finding payments.
