Ordered late in the evening and delivered the next day. This was important as it was for sympathy. I recommend the rose bushes as a sympathy item as you can plant the bushes so have a long term rememberence if the recipient wishes.

Although the service was good the flowers didn't last as long as we would have hoped and they were ordered for Mother's Day at the beginning of March and it is now 29th May and we are yet to receive the cashback! Why do Topcashback not monitor these things? We are yet to receive a payout for somethingelse we purchased in January too - both still show on our account as outstanding and have done for months! Don't know if I will uses Topcashback again if this is what hapens - used twice and not received payout for either!

I have now ordered from Interflora via Top Cash Back 3 times in the last 6 months. The product quality and delivery cannot be faulted BUT my cashback has not been recognised on any occasion and I currently have 3 outstanding enquires to pursue my cashback. One of these dates back to November 2010 and I have heard nothing. Not sure I can be bothered to go via Top Cash Back again so may choose a different florist service in future.

A week ahead of mother's day, I ordered a bouquet for delivery. On the morning of the day, I received an email from Interflora to say that due to high levels of demand they would be unable to fulfil my order! High levels of demand for flowers - on mother's day - who would have thought it. After a long and angry phone call Inteflora agreed to refund me and to send a bouquet to my mother the following day. Despite this I will not be using them again and I cannot recommend them.

Excellent flowers, excellent service but a bit pricey! 6% cashback helped but only a bit. However They did offer £40 off a case of wine from a company called Naked Wines who have delivered same and given me another £40 off my next case! First two bottles now drunk and were quite pleasant.

Only good thing is the cashback. Flowers were NOTHING like the online picture. Customer service has not even replied to complaints. Will never use them again.

Cashback zoomed straight to "Confirmed" and a good cashback rate of 10% plus 7% off voucher. Charge £! for using a credit card though.

Bought flowers for a funeral - despite the instruction that funeral flowers will be given further prompts to ensure correct delivery date, I was still confused as to when these flowers would arrive. In the end I asked my father who lived close by to check with the interflora florist across the road from the funeral home that they would arrive in time. It all got sorted in plenty of time but the order had been sent to a different florist 5 miles away?! The flowers were beautiful though and the card written clearly. Would go back but would double check the delivery details.
