Ordered two items and paid with Paypal. One of the items never arrived. First they claimed there was a problem with the stock, then my payment then they cancelled. No refund given by Paypal, found in their favour so were not interested. Eventually, a moth and a half later I got a refund from a customer services supervisor, as the first rep I dealt with failed to help.
Not happy will never use them again.
