Use with caution is my verdict, After 2 years the transaction has been finally declined even though both the Publisher and Delivery company confirmed the transaction when approached direct. IMHO TCB haven't pursued this vigorously enough. Disappointed.

Disappointing as my cashback has been declined by isubscribe for reasons unknown.
It tracked straight away but has since been declined, i have checked all the T&C's but cannot see why they have done this. I didn't use a voucher code and completed the transaction online

I ordered a magazine subscription from this firm which became eligible for cashback on 2nd Dec. Cashback has never registered, although TCB have pursued it. I have contacted iSubscribe themselves and they claimed my agreement was with TCB and I should pursue it with them. I replied and told them TCB were simply intermediaries and it was iSubscribe making the cashback offer. They didn't reply. Having looked at other comments non-payment of cashback seems to be a common problem over the last year or so. I won't be dealing with them again.

Ordered 02/03/2012 - it tracked but was declined as "enquiry unsuccessful - Order/Reference ID is invalid" - I contacted TCB who still have this as ongoing - both Isubscribe and the BBC both know that i took a subscription as i have contacted them both. The Order/reference id is not invalid. Still waiting 1 and 1/2 years later - im not giving up!

No problems with ordering, or goods being delivered. However cash back goes to confirmed pretty quick, and just hangs there and hangs there. Still waiting since 23rd Nov last year. No point putting a claim in as TCB have already informed me that waiting times can be longer than quoted. Well 7 months seems very excessive, so will not use this company again.

Looked like cashback was going through, then suddenly reverted to £0.00. I took out the annual subscription and no problem with receiving the product, but don't appreciate being lured in with a generous cashback amount only to receive NOTHING. Won't be using this company again, because I'd rather deal with honest companies.

The cashback tracked fine, but then the payable amount eventually changed to £0.00.
I sent in a claim, but despite TCB's efforts, iSubscribe refused to pay me the cashback. Needless to say I won't be subscribing to any magazines through them in the future.

They state that you would get £1 for a £1 subscription for example. In fact if you do anything less than about £5, you'll get nothing in my experience. Used to be good. Not now
