i dont understand why my cashback with itv x has been payable at £0.00. how is this possible ? i took out a years contract and the cahback has been tracked yet it has not been upgraded to £8, How can i have a payable cashback for £0.00. Can soneone please explain this to me .

As a previous reviewer had said, I'm fairly sure when I signed up the terms didn't say you had to take out an annual subscription. It should definitely be clearer on the page.

I also submitted a missing cash back claim and been denied.
I have checked the T&C’s as this is the reason for decline. I can see I didn’t fulfil them, however I’m sure they weren’t there when I used the link!

Signed up via topcashback as had a few series i wanted to watch on catch up. Whilst ITVX is free, you have to watch ads, but premium means you get through an hour of programming in 44 minutes due to no ads.
