Items ordered were out of stock, notification was emailed to me a day after I ordered and replacements sent out. Replacements weren't the right size, had to send them back. meaning I didn't have the new items for holiday. Usual 2 days to reply and were very apologetic for the poor service.

I was disappointed with the quality of the goods purchased. I will definately use Cashback again as it is so easy, but I am not convinced I will use Jacamo again.

buyer beware, the worst customer service i have ever experienced, premium rate number, ordered size 9 shoes and both times size 10 shoe sent in a size nine box. they arrange collection, say that they will pick up on a working day and then instruct the couriers to pick up on saturday, web site a real pain to log into, oh i could go on and on

The site is user friendly, but I found it annoying when the item was showing as available but when you went to order it it was out of stock.
I ordered jeans, but to be honest I wouldn't say quality was the main concern, don't think they'll last to long which is poor as the clothing isn't that cheap.
