terrible service, submitted claim in dec 09 no responce from reatiler or topcash back. i am now at a dead end end, in the meantime the cash back deal has dropped from £50 to £15 pounds. Have send numerous nudges with no responce, this comment is now my only means of contacting and i want some feedback why my claim has not been honored when i have met every criteria!

When you join up you must decide wether to opt out of the deposit scheme,where they match your deposit , because you can only withdraw money when you have bet 8 times your initial deposit, read the small print,.The cashback tracked ok and takes about 2 or 3 months to become payable.

same here. Was meant to be 50 but have only received £10 to date. The final 40 never tracked. Do not rely on recieving your whole payment if you want it.
