	AVOID. Gave false reason for denying legitimate cashback claim. My claim for cashback was denied. On appeal I was told this was because the 'order was cancelled, returned or refunded'. This is not true. There was no cancellation, refund, exchange, or change to the order at all. It appears other reviewers have been on the receiving end of the same false excuse for denying legitimate cashback claims and that this has been going on for some time now.

	Declined claim - without valid reason I was surprised to find JD Sports declined my cashback. I have raised a query, as I never returned the item. It seems I am not the only one who has had this experience with JD Sport, Why offer cashback, if you decline it, without giving a reason??

	Refuse payout - avoid Like so many others my I’ve had more than one claim refused by JD, who claim the order was cancelled/returned (which is not correct). I’ll avoid online and instore shopping with this retailer in future.

	Liars!!!!! I was expected to get around £4.69 cashback for my purchase. However, they declined my cashback. So I raised a claim. They are trying to say I either cancelled, or returned my order. Which is a lie, as I gave the items ordered as a Christmas gift. I don't understand why these retailers are on Topcashback if they don't actually want to give customers the cashback they earned. Still, I have learned my lesson, I won't bother with JD Sports anymore.

	Cashback declined and one shoe discoloured. I ordered via Topcash and supposed to receive GBP 3.5 back . This has been cancelled with no explanation. Do not offer cashback if you do not pay it . Secondly, the Campus 00 shoes aren't worth the price for the quality you get . One of the shoe is already discoloured.

	Frustrating Experience with JD Sports' Cashback Process I am extremely disappointed with my experience at JD Sports. After a genuine purchase, expecting the advertised cashback, I faced a year-long ordeal of slow and inefficient communication. This prolonged process, marked by delayed responses and lack of clarity, culminated in the denial of my cashback without a satisfactory explanation. This experience has been both time-consuming and energy-draining, leaving me frustrated and let down. The lack of transparency and efficiency in handling my simple cashback claim reflects poorly on JD Sports' customer service. It's unfortunate to witness such a shortfall in service from a well-known retailer.
