Claim didnt track and then claim was denied due to not being the last referrer which is nonsense. Followed all processes, cleared cookies and clicked through from the TCB website. Really disappointed.

All-round Excellent.
I actually received cashback credit from JD Sports pretty quickly.
Items were delivered really quickly and were of good quality. In-store delivery and returns are also available, which can be quite convenient, saves postage etc.

Over six months and cashback not paid. Also poor customer service from JD along with a bad delivery experience. There are plenty of other suppliers of sports goods who do care - so use them. I know I will ever buy from JD again.

Not worth saving a few quid. Very problematic customer service. Dont want to accept product back even if faulty. On top of 7 day refund only policy, its a nightmare if you are not lucky to get the right product in the first instance.
DONT try new shoes from JD direct. Go in store and order a pair before purchasing online. Inspect the item as soon as you receive and take back to store immediately if any problem.

the retailer took 4 weeks to find parcel and would not refund even tho they had proof that it was with Yodle who they use and then i had several calls to them and yodel to find out what was happening and 3 emails that were not even replied to by JD i will not use them again use at your peril
